Forged via high-frequency vibrations and compression in a vacuum environment, HD Terrazzo is highly durable, scoring a 7 on the Mohs scale of mineral hardness. Combined with its extremely low water absorption properties, HD Terrazzo is highly stain-resistant, scratch-resistant, UV-resistant, fire-resistant (A1 Grade certified) and anti-static.
Due to its antimicrobial and non-toxic properties, HD Terrazzo stone is both NSF certified and UL GREENGUARD Gold certified. This makes it ideal for use in environments that require high standards of hygiene such as commercial kitchens, hospitals, laboratories and schools.
